Ingredients

2 parts (100ml) of Ocean Spray® Cranberry Classic or Ocean Spray® No Added Sugar

2 parts (100ml) of pineapple juice

1 part (50ml) of passion fruit puree

4 parts (200ml) of sparkling water

3 large handfuls of ice

1 passion fruit, for garnish

2 sprigs of mint, for garnish

Steps

Fill a large jug or shaker with the ice. Pour in the Ocean Spray® Cranberry Classic (or No Added Sugar), pineapple juice, and passion fruit purée. Stir or shake gently until the mixture is well combined.

Top up with sparkling water and give it a light stir to keep the fizz.

Pour into glasses and garnish each with a small wedge of passion fruit and a few mint leaves.

Serve immediately and enjoy :)
